Gone in a blink

I am not sure where this week has gone but it just seems to have disappeared in a blink. I can't believe it will be Friday tomorrow.

I have had a very nice week which started last Friday. My sister came to visit for the weekend with the boys. Adam was here Friday and then went on to Soda Spring to visit with a friend but Jarod was here until Monday. I know she just moved to Montana last month but it seems so much longer than that. We didn't do anything particularly special. We went to some yard sales with Jeff on Saturday. Then to the movies and Tastee Treat with the kids. Went to church on Sunday and then Sunday dinner. Rene and Kire came for dinner on Sunday too. That was nice. Monday I went to work and Kate took the kids to a couple of parks and Tastee Treat again. They left Tuesday morning for Salt Lake to see more friends.

Lucky for me Kate forgot to pick something up for Kai and she decided to stop in Pocatello again on her way back to Montana. Soo yesterday I had lunch with my sister - no kids. She could have picked Kai's stuff up anywhere in Utah along the way, I am so glad she chose to jump off the highway and pick it up in Pocatello. I really enjoy the woman that my sister became. We are closer now than we ever were as kids and I consider her one of my best friends. She truly is one of the most beautiful people I know, inside and out!

Here are a few pics taken this weekend...

Rene & Kire - leaving with left overs in hand.

Keli & Ana - they had just come home from BYC on Sunday when I took this. They were just sitting there talking about camp. Just looked so sweet :)

Kate reading - we joked that we had to document it. She doesn't enjoy reading. She went to the library with Ana and got books to brush up on a topic before an interview.

Jarod-trying hard not to smile. You can still see it peeking through

Adam-let Keli do his hair. Got to love having 12 year old girl cousins!

Looks like I have something else to figure out about blogging. Not sure how some of these pictures came out smaller. Something to look forward to another day.
