In November our family had two birthdays. Chantry turned 15 and Keli turned 13. Here is a picture of the cake Keli and her friends made to celebrate Keli becoming a teenager.
Another event was Dakota's prep for his mission. On November 13th I had the opportunity to attend the Idaho Falls Temple with Dakota and other members of the family while Dakota received his endowments. On November 28th was Dakota's Mission Farewell. Dakota gave an excellent talk at church. Anyone who knows Dakota can see how he has changed. It was nice to have the Wadsworth family come up from Oakley to be a part of Dakota's big day. I am so grateful that Dakota was able to get to know this family. I am not so sure that Dakota would be where he is today had he not gone to CSI and met the Wadsworth boys. Dakota left for college and as many young people do, learned what life was like when you live on your own. Dakota created a life for himself and was blessed to make good friends while he did this. On November 30th Dakota was set apart as a missionary. This was his last big step before leaving for the Missionary Training Center on December 1st. Another cool event that Jeff and I were able to be a part of on November 13th was the sealing of our niece to her husband for time and all eternity, Meghan and Sal Varela, at the Rexburg Temple. Here is a pic of the happy couple.
Thank you to everyone who let us share in your happy events. You have truly blessed our lives. November truly was an example to me of the many things that I have to be grateful for in my life.
